A consummateentrepreneur, Mary is the Founder and current President of Elite Healthcare Services LLC, a Healthcareprovider with multiple facilities that providescare for patients withvarious intellectual and physicalchallenges.
Prior to founding Elite Healthcare Services, Mary worked atGE Capital in Bethesda, Maryland. As a Senior Risk Manager within the StrategicBusiness Development team, she was responsible for a wide range of initiatives, both client facing, and internally vital. Specifically, she was responsible for assessing and managing key corporate clients, analyzing and communicating credit and market risks, developing policies & controls, as well as providing research &analytical support within the RealEstate & Healthcare Industry.
With a career spanning over 20 years,Mary has diligently built a reputation as an Innovative Business Leader. One focused on making a meaningful impact in the world by solving thorny problems. A natural change agent, she is looking to bring all her experience and energy to tackling problems in the FinancialInclusion space using digital tools such as Micro Investment Platforms and digital experience solutions.
Mary spent her early childhood in London, UK and Accra,
Ghana before moving to the United States
where she earned her bachelor’s degree in International Business from the University of Maryland, College Park. She subsequently earned an MBA in Finance& Strategy from the Yale School of Management at Yale University.

Eli is a senior officer and acting head of investment at Brassica Capital. He has over 7 years of work experience in the investment management space, with extensive knowledge in capital market operations. Eli brings a rich blend of skills in digital investments, investment research, portfolio construction, security selection, security risk analysis, portfolio rebalancing, and investment monitoring and governance.
Before joining Brassica Capital, Eli worked as a Fund Manager for OctaneDC Limited. In this role, he managed portfolios in excess ofGHS100 million for high-net-worth clients, pensions, and mutual funds. At OctaneDC, he played a vital role in the strategic restructuring and growth offunds under management. Additionally, Eli supervised the investment analysts and operations team, ensuring that portfolios consistently outperformed benchmarks through a seamless investment tracking process.
Eli started his career at Dalex Capital, where he worked as an investment analyst and provided operational support. In his role as an analyst, he made several equity trade recommendations that significantly contributed to the Fund's outstanding performance.
Eli is fully certified by the Ghana Stock Exchange and the Securities and Exchange Commission to operate as an Investment Manager. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Information Studies from the University of Ghana (Legon). Eli also has a post graduate certificate in Investment Analysis and Portfolio Management from Rice University (USA), and is currently pursuing an MBA from the Liverpool John Moores University (UK).
Isafun Senam Amematekpor is a Risk Management Specialist with expertise in anti-money laundering, financial crime investigations, data protection, privacy, and market conduct. Prior to working as a Compliance and Risk Manager of Brassica Capital, she worked with Black Star Advisors as a Compliance Officer and at the University of Ghana Business School as a Graduate and Research Assistant in the Finance Department. She is a researcher by training with research interests in financial sector development ranging from investor behavior to applying technology in the financial services sector. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Administration (Banking and Finance) and a Master of Philosophy in Finance from the University of Ghana.
